Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Kildrak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Kildrak abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He stands about 5'2" and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 78. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His scarlet crest is heavily combed to the left. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Assassin.
Motivation: To be a Carpenter again; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his mace with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Skog hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Skog alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a black coat with brown slacks. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair is chestnut and curly. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Diggory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Diggory. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Diggory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
