History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Marshal soon after.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tan vest and prefers blue and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Ghash enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and wants a kiss

Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, brown shirt, and green tie. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady white eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born into a rich family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Money/treasure.
