Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Heian is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
