Description: A 6'3" eastern man, he wears dull green sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed flail, just in case. His black crest is matted, messy, and big. His red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Heskan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Heskan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Heskan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Blacksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a yellow armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. His purple hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His skin is flawless and his gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shoemaker who has hired him part-time. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This late middle aged man dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a green coat with white slacks and is in decent physical shape. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is baby faced.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Vanuath was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vanuath grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vanuath. After a long history of fighting, Vanuath and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Hûra was born with his father's beautiful face. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He tends to his Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
