His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Efferil is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the north to a Server, Torinn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
