Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Jocelyn will drive conversation. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His childhood dream was to be a Architect, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This northern man is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, brown shirt, and grey tie. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has shaved his head bald. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alvyn embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. After a long history of fighting, Alvyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.
