History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Burgell was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Burgell decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

His golden hair is heavily combed to the right. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Himo is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Himo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Himo was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Junk Dealer. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
