His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
