Description: He wears long strands of emerald and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are blue and catlike.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Nim was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nim. After months of barely getting by, Nim managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carpenter for the past few years.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Ernest was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ernest's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ernest and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a white collared shirt and green pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has white hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.
