Description: This man wears long strands of ruby and short tan dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is baby faced.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Shump learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shump fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
