Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ulblyn embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
