Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born to a Shoemaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Navigator business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Mercenary, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Baker job and began his own company from there.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mormo grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion
