Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Grisha was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Left-Handed lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is greedy

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He struck the Bather job and began his own company from there.
