Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Efferil never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Tailor and found it very stressful. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
