History: Gifted from a young age, Valafar studied abroad. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Nordak was born the youngest of three triplets. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family; and he is greedy

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
