Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Knight, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born to a Knight, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after River was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. River's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born into a rich family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
