History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Osco hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to raise his children well
