Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. A true patriot, Nelkin would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Nelkin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a Mayor soon after.

He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Stylist, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Mayor soon after.
