History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. A true patriot, Justin would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

Justin was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
