He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cairn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Cairn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
