History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and money/treasure

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alex grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alex. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to raise his children well

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carpenter responsibilities is difficult; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
