Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His ears are large.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Purban was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
