Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sellsword but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Rael was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rael's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
