History: Gennal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Gennal took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and to be a apothecary again
