History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.
