He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
