History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shane grew up listening to his father's many stories. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
