Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Paelias was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Ekemon is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. He has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: This man wears black trousers with grey and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Baker business.

History: Lucan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his sister

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear flannel. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: The child of a Mason, who enjoyed hunting, Dalgal was taken on many hunting expeditions. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
