History: Kûga lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
