History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Through the years after Oblar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Oblar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Oblar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and a deep hatred of brigands

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
