Description: A middle-aged man, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep violet leather and dull brown iron scale mail, and is pretty ugly. His fur, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Fragrant was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miller. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miller for hire.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a great chef.

History: Born in the west to a Bowyer, Edge learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Edge was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Edge's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a tattered pair of loose red pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He wears an entirely tan suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'10" when asserting himself. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people
