He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Erky lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
