Ûshbaka grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ûshbaka. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He tends to his Performer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
