History: Born to a Carter, his father struggled to pay the bills. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Heward never married again. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Armorer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He struck the Armorer job and began his own company from there.
