Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Pallabar hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Pallabar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.
