History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Curran was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Curran decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Zepar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
