History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
