History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Norman liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Norman never married again. Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Shepherd. He is a great chef.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Iados was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Iados's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Diggory isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
