Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Varis was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple yellow line shooting up and back down. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Quick lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Ulblyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to be a hunter again

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
