Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is always cut to a buzz. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: The child of a Bricklayer, who enjoyed hunting, Hupe was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hupe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hupe. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
