Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born in the south. Salasar was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miller. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
