Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Windy's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
