History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Dain was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dain's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: Born in the south to a Tailor, Quick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Harbek grew up listening to his father's many stories. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
