Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Carrie grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
