Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears long strands of topaz and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His ears are large.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Percival does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Baker.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zook grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zook. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Reirak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carpenter. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Halander was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Halander fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he's repulsed by the pc
