Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Dain hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
