Henk grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Henk. He now owns his own business.

History: Lucan hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: The child of a Brewer, who enjoyed hunting, Curran was taken on many hunting expeditions. Curran liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Born in the east to a Locksmith, Flask learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Locksmith.
