History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: An older man who wears many layers of old clothing at all times, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His silver crest is still thick. His half smiles and gold eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Shedinn was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he feels threatened by others

History: Kody was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and to be a sculptor again

Description: This man wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
