One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Frederick took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Tanglar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Halimath hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Halimath was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
