His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time, marred by beers. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born into a rich family. Umpen liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Umpen and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Brug lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a fancy tan suit. His crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Gargax was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
